So the advertised price is only available for delivery, which isn’t available? And the actual price, i.e. the one at which I can purchase the product, is only shown in tiny, struck-out, low-contrast text? Very useful website you have there, CompUSA.

I actually went into CompUSA the other day. I really do know better, it’s just I wanted one of those fancy wifi detecting keychains. So I was browsing the overpriced networking gear, and an ad came on the intercom: “Our experts can help you set up your wireless network, or tell you what a gigaflop is!” Er?

A few seconds later, a red-shirted 17 year old girl walked up and asked if I needed help with anything.
“What’s a gigaflop?”
“What?”
“The ad said you could tell me what a gigaflop is.”

She was actually on the verge of going to look for a manager to ask, when I stopped her and said it wasn’t a big deal. But I really should have found out if the manager at least knew.
